Space Planning
This isn’t just the case of seeing how many desks you can fit into a space, this part of the process is probably up there with one of the most important details you must get right, as this correlates directly with the amount of space that you need (or don’t).
Getting this this right can save you alot of money in rent. The key here is to work with the right metrics, as if you get them wrong; you not only waste space, but money too.
Workplace Study
Looking at what you have is a vital part of this process, however, when studying your current set-up it may well be the case that what you have isn’t right. If it was 100% right, you may not actually be moving.
Within Workplace Design this is a relatively new market, but one that almost every client we work with wants to investigate. This is the science part, this is where we learn who you are and how you operate in your current space. You could argue that looking at your current operation is pointless, as you already know that you want to move or refurbish because things aren’t working or you’re full.
3D Modelling
We appreciate that not everyone understands how to read a 2D Space Plan, so it’s vital that our clients understand every aspect of what they are getting. As such we have the best 3D Artists in the industry creating photo-real imagery that helps our clients see exactly what their space will look like when it’s finished.
3D visuals are often associated with the end result, but we actually use it as a tool to develop the design, showing options of finishes, furniture, lighting or details all the way throughout the design process. If you think about it like visiting the Opticians; aligning both eyes for the perfect vision..
Project Management
We want to create certainty and give you full confidence in the project. To do this we present everything in a clear, concise way so you are 100% confident with the specification, budget and programme. We cost every wall, floor, light, plug socket, joinery detail, skirting board, nut and bolt and break the costs down into a very detailed list for you. We will even show you prices of things that you didn’t ask for, but we thought you’d like to know, just in case!
Projects be they large, small, multiple floors, relocations, in-situ refurbishments, re-stacks of every shape and every size require an enormous amount of organisation and planning, especially when we are aiming for perfect delivery. As such, our in-house team works diligently to cover every base, predict any problem, structure timings and mitigate all risk from your project.

Having a blank canvas will allow you to firstly find the right type of building that you want. If you’re currently across multiple floors, it’s likely that you struggle with connectivity and culture. So, for your new space you may want to find a single floorplate, this could be a game-changer for your business, it will promote culture, it will enable interaction, it will bring people (and the business) closer together.

Office Refurbishment
An office refurbishment is an outstanding opportunity; it should be a catalyst to inspire positive change throughout your business. Standing in a finished space with a happy Client is a deeply satisfying experience for us.
Refurbishing your existing space could be the answer to all of your prayers, no one needs to change their commute, you don’t need to change all of your stationary, you can till get lunch at your favourite place, however; unlike moving into a new space and leaving your old one behind, it can be tricky. As you can imagine there is potential for a lot of disruption, it requires patience and strong communication to the staff.
CAT A Fit-out
Often this will already be done for you by the landlord, if you have a lovely shiny metal (raised access) floor, there’s a ceiling and there’s lighting then you’re all set, read no further. There will unlikely be floor finish installed, but the landlord will make a contribution to this and the power & data as part of your deal with them.
However, what is becoming more prevalent is a landlord giving you the space as shell & core. This is essentially the shell of the building, with no fittings whatsoever. You may think this sounds crazy, but the great thing about taking a shell & core space is that you get to influence everything that is put in.
Office Furniture
Furniture is tactile by its very nature; everyone uses furniture. Sore backs, necks, or bottoms are all attributed to the furniture not being fit for purpose. Performance and productivity should be a by-product of comfort. It does, however, have to look right, and complement the rest of your office scheme. Our Furniture Team has a massive amount of experience and buys furniture at the best rates to due longstanding relationships with some of the world’s best furniture suppliers.
